Transfer is an Ingram Media Manager feature that allows you to transfer your audiobooks to mobile and handheld devices, such as Palm PDAs and smartphones, Windows Mobile phones, and PocketPC PDAs.

Sometimes issues can happen on the Internet that interrupt the download of the book from our server to your machine. IMM will keep the part of the book that already downloaded and you can finish downloading the rest of the book.

Simply switching the view to your bookshelf and then selecting the title again (the indicators to the left of the title show if it has not been downloaded fully) will restart the download where it left off. If this does not work, you may have to go to the site where you clicked the download link, and click the link again to re-start another download (it will also continue where it left off).
