Please follow the steps below:

1.  From Control Panel, open Add/Remove Programs and remove all versions of Ingram Media Manager.

2.  Download and reinstall Ingram Media Manager 1.0.3 from here.

3.  The audiobooks will now be available in your Ingram Media Manager.

1.  Please first make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your computer.  To check, open your current version of iTunes and you will be prompted to upgrade to a newer version if available.

2. Open your current version of Ingram Media Manager.  You will receive the following message asking if you would like to upgrade to the new version.  Please click Yes.

3.  You will see “Upgrade Success” message.  Click “OK” to proceed.

4.  Ingram Media Manager Setup Wizard will launch.  Click “Next” and follow the instructions.

5.  You will be asked to accept Ingram Media Manager License.  Please check “I Accept” and click “Next.”

6.  Launch Ingram Media Manager Setup and click “Install,” then click “Finish.”

7.  Upgrade complete!  You can make sure if you have successfully installed the latest version by going to “About” under Help. Enjoy!

If you are a current user of Ingram Media Manager 1.0.5, you will not be prompted to upgrade to version 1.0.6, since this is an optional version upgrade.  Users who are not running Mac OS X Snow Leopard and are not burning chips can continue run on IMM 1.0.5.

If you are a current user of IMM version 1.0.4 or earlier, you will be automatically prompted to upgrade to the new version next time you launch your Ingram Media Manager.

To Transfer your audiobook:

1. Select the title you want to transfer, click on the File Menu, then click Transfer.

   

2. The Transfer window will present choices for the device/formats you can to Transfer to. Click “Windows Media.”
3. The next window displays information on the types of devices to will be able to transfer to from Windows Media Player. Click Next.
4. Select the chapters you would like to transfer. All chapters are selected by default. To remove a chapter from the Transfer process, uncheck the box next to it. Click Next.
5. The Transfer process will begin, and you will see progress bars until the process is completed.
6. Once the Transfer process is complete, you will see a “success” message, click Close and enjoy your title on your device!

Transfer is an Ingram Media Manager feature that allows you to transfer your audiobooks to mobile and handheld devices, such as Palm PDAs and smartphones, Windows Mobile phones, and PocketPC PDAs. An audiobook chip can be played on any of these devices that accept chips, regardless of the OS it was created on. You do not need to be connected to the Internet to transfer titles to your devices.

To Transfer your audiobook:

1. Mount a chip on your computer.
2. Select the title you want to transfer, click on the File Menu, then click Transfer.



3. Click “Windows Mobile or Palm OS (audiobook chip)”.



4. A window will appear to verify that you have enough space available to transfer the title to the chip. Click the Next button.



5. If you are transferring to a chip that already contains an audiobook, you will receive a warning that the chip will be overwritten with the title you are about to transfer. To overwrite the chip with the new title, click the Yes button. If you do not wish to overwrite your chip, click the No button.



6. The Transfer process will begin, and you will see progress bars until the process is completed.



7. Once the Transfer process is complete, the window will display a “success” message, click the Close button and enjoy your title on your device!

Simply switching the view to your bookshelf and then selecting the title again (the indicators to the left of the title show if it has not been downloaded fully) will restart the download where it left off.  If this does not work, you may have to go to the site where you clicked the download link, and click the link again to re-start another download (it will also continue where it left off).
