How to install IMM on Mac OS computers

The Ingram Media Manager (IMM) is a free, simple media player that lets you download and play audiobooks on your Mac or PC.

Requirements:

You must have Apple Mac OS X 10.4 or later with the latest version of Apple iTunes installed.

To Install IMM:

  1. Download the latest Mac installer application.
  2. Click “OK” to save the IMM installer to your disk.
  3. Open up the Finder and double click “imm.dmg“. You’ll see the IMM application icon. Drag the icon from the window to your Applications folder.

  4. Go to your Applications folder and drag the IMM program to your dock. You’re done!
